Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. General

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The program is designed to refer new customers through individual affiliate links.

2. Compensation and Commission

• Compensation is paid on a commission basis for qualified conversions.
• A last-click attribution model applies.
• A tracking cookie is stored for 30 days, starting with the first click.
• From the date of registration, the affiliate is entitled to a commission for any purchase completed within 12 months.
• The commission amount is based on the applicable commission model, which is communicated separately.

3. Tracking & Disclaimer

• Tracking is carried out using cookies and tracking parameters.
• We accept no liability for lost commissions caused by browser plugins, ad blockers, cookie settings, or technical errors.
• Commissions are credited only for transactions that are successfully and correctly tracked.

4. Advertising Guidelines

• Advertising must not be misleading or unfair.
• Brand names, logos, and protected terms may only be used with express permission.
• Keyword advertising (e.g., Google Ads) using our brand names is not permitted.
• Spam, misleading clickbait tactics, and automated traffic are prohibited.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to remove affiliates from the program at any time and without giving a reason, particularly in the event of violations of these terms and conditions.
